At The Crimson Store, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. That's why we have a comprehensive return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.


7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item. Within this period, you can request a return for any reason.


Eligibility Criteria

Only Damaged/Wrong products are eligible for a return. To raise a return request you should have an uncut unboxing video. Without a proper unboxing video no returns will be entertained.


Initiating a Return

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at support@thecrimsonstore.in. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.


Important Note

Please note that we only accept returns for items that have been requested through the proper channels. Any items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting the items for any damages or issues. We also recommend creating an uncut unboxing video to help fasten the process. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

There are certain items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods, such as candles, bath salts.
  • Customized products or special orders

If you have any concerns about the eligibility of your item for return, please reach out to us for clarification.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.


If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thecrimsonstore.in. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
